Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support internal and external communication efforts help manage client interactions and ensure messaging aligns with our brand and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communication materials.
Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely messaging.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear and consistent communication.
Draft reports briefings and updates for internal use and client delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of communications and project updates.
Assist in event coordination presentations and training materials.
Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or related field.
12 years of experience in a communications customer service or administrative role preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
