Job Description

LinkedIn for Sales is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the adoption of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Our platform and approach is influencing how sales planning and execution business growth lead generation and customer engagement is carried out in the changing world of B2B selling and driving sales productivity by enabling the building of top sellers habits at scale. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an AIpowered sales intelligence platform that enables sales professionals to build relationships at scale and have high quality conversations with the people that matters.  

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will expand our presence in Asia by targeting midmarket and fastgrowing customers. You will address their sales challenges and help them grow with our realtime datadriven solutions. Responsible for the full sales cycle and revenue you will act as a trusted adviser provide insights and seek growth opportunities to ensure customer success. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Inspire yourself our company and your customers to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers via a digital driven sales methodology and approach. 
  • Leverage your skills and your customers experience to continually evolve our sales solutions and the sales process. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and deliver reliable forecasts. 
  • Align and deliver sales operational metrics and sales processes 
  • Consistently overachieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your territory and account plans. 
  • Drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful. 
  • Work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team. 
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the broader LSS APAC Insights Marketing and Customer Success teams.

 


    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications: 

    • 5 years of experience in a quotacarrying sales role 
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions CRM platforms or software platform solutions 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Experience in a SaaSbased environment 
    • Experience using LinkedIn as a sales professional 
    • Proven history of overachieving quota and results in a large highgrowth company 
    • Demonstrated ability to find manage and close highlevel business sales 
    • Ability to perform territory planning and prioritise accounts for resource management based on a set of predetermined criteria  
    • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers 
    • Ability to deliver strong predictability of forecast and execute on sales goals 
    • Ability to use insights and datadriven decisions in the selling process 
    • Ability to effectively build trustbased relationships with seniorlevel sales professionals
