What Your Impact Will Be

• Management and followup of contract renewal processes and addenda in coordination with the legal area purchasing and other areas involved.
• Management and followup of the relationship with suppliers ensuring compliance with quality standards delivery times and commercial conditions (suppliers of supplies transportation 3PL).
• Responsible for the integral management of the payment flow including the timely generation of purchase orders (POs) monitoring the status of payments to suppliers and the implementation of effective controls to ensure compliance traceability and efficiency in the financial process (Provisions).
• Responsible for the followup of the cost process ensuring the control of the assigned budget the analysis of variations against plan and the elaboration of monthly reports. Responsible for the support in the accounting closing of the month providing clear and accurate information for operational and financial decision making.
• Responsible for ensuring the execution of projects in a timely manner guaranteeing effective communication between the parties involved and using adequate tools to provide a structured and efficient followup. Focused on generating value through clear planning meeting deadlines and alignment with the objectives of the area.

• Experience in budget management and control.
• Experience in supplier management.
• Assertive communication with key stakeholders (suppliers internal areas etc).
• Experience in foreign trade (desirable).
• Experience in logistic processes (warehouse inventories KPIs transportation etc.) (Desirable)
• IntermediateAdvanced Excel 
• Knowledge in PowerBi Tableau
• Intermediate English
