Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Head of Procurement to lead and manage our procurement department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement management supplier relationship management contract negotiation and cost optimization. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies ensuring efficient purchasing processes and building strong supplier partnerships to support business growth

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- 7 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies supplier management and cost optimization.
- Proven experience in contract negotiations and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Reports & Accountability
- Provide weekly/monthly procurement reports to senior management.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the GMD/CEO.
