Job Description

  • Parttime (0.4FTE) ongoing opportunity  currently Monday and Wednesday subject to change based on business needs.
  • Based at our Ferntree Gully office 
  • No OnCall Roster  enjoy your evenings/weekends free to relax and recharge!

At Each were passionate about supporting older adults. As a member of our dynamic team youll play an essential role in ensuring highquality personalised care for clients throughout our VIC footprint.

Duties include:

  • Optimising Service Delivery: Use Carelink and collaborate with case managers to ensure services are scheduled effectively maximising client satisfaction.
  • Rostering Care Workers: Youll be responsible for coordinating both internal and external Support Workers ensuring all inhome care services run smoothly. Youll create and maintain detailed rosters adjusting them as needed to reflect availability workload and operational needs.
  • Building Relationships: Manage relationships with Support Workers brokered agencies and older adults to ensure needs are met efficiently.
  • Handling HighVolume Emails and Calls: Manage incoming calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders promptly ensuring a responsive and friendly service for all. 
  • Reporting & Administration: Youll provide regular reports on staffing levels and roster performance and support with administrative tasks as required.
