The Opportunity
Cint is building a worldclass Payroll team that supports employees in 20 countries with 800 employees. The team will support the companys continuous global growth with the correct and timely coordination of Payroll delivering to our stakeholder and employee needs across multiple geographies. Our focus will be on providing our staff with a high quality Payroll service process improvement strategic initiatives & HRIS/Payroll system implementations aligning with the companys values of doing what we say well do collaboration innovation & care.
What You Will do
- Process the semimonthlyUS Payroll for 200 employees for exempt & nonexempt payrolls
- Review and process semimonthly timesheets
- Contribute to a robust compliance culture by maintaining internal controls and audit standards.
- Assist with monthly accounting reconciliations
- Support the Global Team on our International entities
- Monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll providers.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of desktop procedures for our US & International entities
- Partner with the People Operations team on US & Global initiatives as well as with internal stakeholders (People Partners Accounting Tax Benefits Equity & Employment Legal) across various locations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries providing outstanding customer service.
- Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of experience in US Payroll
- Familiarity with recent developments in payroll automation
- Payroll reconciliation experience preferable
- Be an effective communicator who is persuasive & encouraging
- Has worked in a team environment and is a team player
- Technically competent with various software programs including MS Excel
- Good planning organization and time management skills
- Adheres to strict Payroll Governance policy & guidelines
- Has experience dealing with Payroll Compliance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Has an eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understands the concept of end to end payroll processing
- Process improvement is part of the normal day to day for this individual
- Is driven to deliver & succeed
- Will work independently without regular supervision
- Has a desire to learn
- Employee satisfaction & consistent accuracy is their main priority
- Considers the next person with each task undertaken

Additional Information :
Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):
The anticipated pay range for this role is $60000 to $75000 annual base salary. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:
