Qualifications :
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE..
- As this role is entirely focused on telesales you should feel at ease with initiating OB/IB calls via tools used
- While prior telesales experience is not mandatory it can be beneficial; however we welcome fresh graduates to apply as well.
- Effective communication in English is required and additional proficiency in speaking reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Basic comprehension of data is desired.
