Job Description
To work as a Principal Consultant (Associate Director) within the T&T delivery team leading a variety of Asset Management business transformation projects covering consultancy training and Asset Management assessments for physical asset intensive organizations.
Responsible for:
- Developing and managing complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams and leading the delivery of consultancy projects.
- Lead and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
- Design and deliver Asset Management systems policies strategies and performance frameworks.
- Guide the development of organizational design and change management strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement adoption planning and benefits realization.
- Contribute to business architecture asset information governance and IT/technology strategy.
- Provide advice on asset management standards and maturity frameworks (e.g. ISO 55001 GFMAM).
- Lead proposal development commercial arrangements and project financial tracking.
- Assure quality of final deliverables and conduct project reviews with clients
Qualifications :
- 8 years of relevant experience in asset management or operations transformation.
- Recognized university degree.
- Professional qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.
- Strong background in management system design organizational design and change management.
- Experience working with ISO 55001 and understanding of the asset lifecycle (Acquire Operate Maintain Dispose).
- This role requires travel across Canada one or twice per month
