Job Description

To work as a Principal Consultant (Associate Director) within the T&T delivery team leading a variety of Asset Management business transformation projects covering consultancy training and Asset Management assessments for physical asset intensive organizations.

Responsible for:

  • Developing and managing complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams and leading the delivery of consultancy projects.
  • Lead and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Design and deliver Asset Management systems policies strategies and performance frameworks.
  • Guide the development of organizational design and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement adoption planning and benefits realization.
  • Contribute to business architecture asset information governance and IT/technology strategy.
  • Provide advice on asset management standards and maturity frameworks (e.g. ISO 55001 GFMAM).
  • Lead proposal development commercial arrangements and project financial tracking.
  • Assure quality of final deliverables and conduct project reviews with clients

 


Qualifications :

  • 8 years of relevant experience in asset management or operations transformation.
  • Recognized university degree.
  • Professional qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.
  • Strong background in management system design organizational design and change management.
  • Experience working with ISO 55001 and understanding of the asset lifecycle (Acquire Operate Maintain Dispose).
  • This role requires travel across Canada one or twice per month
