Job Description
Develop in the realm of hospitality excellence as a key leader on our Granger team! Join us in helping oversee our high end clientele with a heartfelt greeting and a drive to connect. As a Granger Captain you play an integral role in maintaining a welcome experience leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of our guests.
- Responsible for overseeing the operations for the Granger (Bell & Valet) team
- Ability to delegate and assign tasks while running the bell stand
- Act as a Granger completing tasks including arrivals departures and ride requests as needed
- Ensure Grangers are able to provide information for the guests of the resort by maintaining knowledge of the resort and its operations daily
- Assist with any Granger related duties as needed by the AGSM including monthly reports scheduling and more
- Act as point of contact and manage accurate plans for large group arrivals and departures
- Organize and file paperwork regarding guests vehicles and daily transactions
Rate: $21/hr
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Bell or Valet position in a luxury environment
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Customer service experience and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time
- Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a clients personal and private information
- Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once
- Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys
