What youll be doing:
Taking ownership of electrical jointing projects from start to finish
Leading site teams to deliver safely efficiently and to spec
Managing programmes materials labour and budgets
Ensuring compliance with all NERS and H&S standards
Auditing mentoring and driving continuous improvem
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
Strong experience in electrical jointing (LV/HV) with DNO/IDNO authorisation (past or present)
Track record of managing site teams and technical delivery
Solid knowledge of NRSWA CDM and SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH
A sharp eye for detail a proactive mindset and a passion for doing things the right way
