About the role and practice
If you are highly organised and looking for a dynamic and generalist position in a friendly and professional specialist orthodontic practice look no further than Portman Smile Clinic in Truro. The main objective of the role is to support with the overall running and organisation of the practice as well as supporting our patient journey.
- Working pattern is Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
- Typical shifts are 8 am5pm 32 hours per week.
At this friendly 4surgery specialist Orthodontic practice we care for both NHS and private patients.
About you
We welcome your application to our Practice Support Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a generalist administrative position or customer experience role. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customerfacing environment
- A positive attitude empathy and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and providing exceptional standards of care
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail when completing tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook (essential)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram & Tiktok (desirable)
