Job Description

Were looking for a detailoriented and versatile Jr Operations Specialist to support our growing Connect business line. As our customer base expands and operations become more complexespecially in areas like insurance integrations and homologationwe need someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves solving puzzles with data and process improvement.

Youll play a key role in supporting billing legal contracts BI and operational efficiency ensuring we maintain high standards while scaling effectively.

Your main tasks will include:

BI & Data Analysis (20%)

  • Maintain and update existing dashboards ensuring accurate and timely reporting of business KPIs. Conducting data analysis and monitoring KPIs to inform management decisions
  • Respond to external customer requests for data and insights as well as handle internal data inquiries

Operational Support & Project Management (20%)

  • Design workflows and improve operational tools
  • Support crossfunctional project initiatives

Finance & Billing (20%)

  • Manage billing models and invoicing processes
  • Generate financial reports and support budget tracking
  • Budgeting & planning: support budget planning and monitor financial performance against budget

Legal & Contracts (15%)

  • Oversee contract signing and addendum processes
  • Coordinate with external law firms

Homologation & Customer Integration (15%)

  • Lead customer homologation processes
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for newly integrated centers

Insurance Operations (10%)

  • Coordinate insurance integration tasks with centers
  • Monitor progress flag issues and collect required data

Qualifications :

What Will Make You Shine

  • Experience: 23 years in an operational or analytical role
  • Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
    • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving
    • High adaptability and multitasking ability
    • Proactivity and a drive for continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data tools (SQL Looker)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
  • Project management tools (e.g. Hive)
  • Prior experience in SaaS or healthcare sectors
