Job Description

- Salary: INR 14 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs P/A
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance.
- At least 3 years of handson experience in manual testing.
- Knowledge in automation testing.
Key Skill Set:
- BDD Testing
- Functional Testing
- Manual & Automation testing
- Regression Testing
Responsibilities:
- Create and enhance automated test scripts to improve test efficiency.
- Ensure the delivery of highquality software.
- Develop and implement QA processes and methodologies.
- Design execute and maintain comprehensive manual test plans.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for identified defects and issues.
- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Coordinate testing efforts for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into QA processes.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on QA activities to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- Indepth knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in test management tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Position Details:
This is an exempt position (40 hours /week) and is not eligible for overtime. You will participate in a Managed Objective Bonus program. Days of work are Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST or as scheduled by your supervisor.
