School Year Afterschool Program Site Director Bryan TX

Location: Bryan ISD Elementary Schools
Schedule: Monday Friday 2:30 PM 6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits:
- $17.50/hour

Heres what youll need:
- Must have a degree or CDA in education.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders that deliver excitement to our student in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
