Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The College of Human Development Culture and Media seeks Federally Funded workstudy student to assist and support team needs in the various areas of the College for Academic Year 202526.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations within an office setting. Duties include sorting and distributing mail greeting office visitors assistance with office restocking supplies and organizing files. Updating Excel spreadsheets assistance with campus event preparations and other duties assigned.

Staffing will be needed between the hours of 8:45am4:45pm MondayFriday.

FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT

YES Federal Work Study eligibility required (check your 2025/26 Financial Aid Award Offer)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Up to date in Microsoft Office Suite programs (SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint etc.). Cordial and respectful demeanor with a strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of the University community. Detailoriented dependable and punctual. Ability to work independently on projectbased work. A high level of confidentiality is required.

Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required and is conditional on receiving Federal Study Award for 202526.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of business office
