Were seeking a dedicated hyperorganized Scheduler to provide executive calendar management and logistical support to the Founder of a wellestablished design firm.Youll be at the center of the action managing a demanding calendar prioritizing complex schedules and executing with an uncompromising standard of white glove service.

The DaytoDay:
Manage and optimize a highvolume executive calendar.
Provide white glove service in all interactions prompt responses thoughtful rescheduling and polished communication.
Liaise with internal team members and highprofile external clients.
Anticipate needs and mitigate conflicts before they arise.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail while navigating a fastpaced passionate environment.
