Job Description
Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for experienced professional and motivated individuals to join our team! Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills excellent communication skills and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the department assigned
Requirements:
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet MS Outlook CRM)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Current valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
