This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Overall Purpose:

Design develop and manage activities for a specific Business or Consumer product/service or group of products/services from product definition and planning through production release and end of life (lifecycle management) including complex products or product lines. These are products and/or services that AT&T sells to residential small to large business and/or global business customers. Responsible for the business case and P&L for assigned products.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Research design plan develop and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design.

Analyze customer needs identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.

Conduct research and analysis on defined market including addressable revenue potential competitive analysis definition of product functionality and existing customer segments volumes and revenue results.

Prepare and present requirements plans and business cases for new or modified products and services.

Partner with business technology and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market budget and schedule specifications.

Create product roadmaps service guides product documentation results reports/analysis and project plans.

May be responsible for managing budgets acquiring estimates and requests for funding through the capital process.

Serve as the central resource with design process manufacturing test quality sales support and marketing as the product(s)move to production and distribution.

Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance.

Defines and drives initiatives to grow revenue margin and work with the Global Connectivity Management Technology Development Contracting Legal Product Marketing and Business or Consumer Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.

Work with 3rd party technology partners in support of new product development.

Negotiate with vendors to improve the product cost structure feature functionality and product support.

This position is within the AT&T Connected Solutions organization on the AT&T Connected Car Product Team. The position is responsible with leading the AT&T Connected Car rate plan portfolio for the consumer InCar WiFi data plans. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading qualitative and quantitative market research studies to determine consumer price sensitivities the creation of new consumer pricing strategies working cross functionality within the AT&T Connected Solutions organization and partner organizations to develop the rate plans and managing launch schedules and developing and managing the key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the performance of each AT&T Connected Car rate plans.

Experience: 6 years.

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree.

Supervisory: No.
