The Funds business is a booming business and the industry and especially Fund Settle (Funds Platform at Euroclear) is continuously looking to streamline the process to meet the market and projected growth. In this respect multiple stimulating projects are ongoing with different departments in touch with the different agents and clients in the world.

Funds is a complex but exciting and involving business which requires a particularly good analytical approach and interest in learning and understanding the fund market and its main players. The Funds (Asset Servicing) business is expected to grow significantly and is a core part of our strategy in the next 5 years.

Your part of the deal

  • Create daces for upcoming dividends payments
  • Reconcile expected payments on exdate
  • Identify reconciliation issue and look for solution internally and /or with Transfer Agents
  • Book dividends (cash and stocks) as per payment date benchmark and control entering flows (cash and stocks)
  • Identify potential booking problems and solve them (by contacting Transfer Agent or Investigations/Reconciliations teams)
  • Tax vouchers: handle receipt and reconcile with pending dividend lines
  • Settle the dividends lines by sending the vouchers to the clients
  • Chase the missing vouchers as per Kano benchmarks
  • Clients queries: handle dividend/voucher requests and input new tax vouchers subscriptions
  • End to end dividends process: share issues and best practices to target efficient settlement
