As a Brand Concierge youll strive to deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates our value of luxury for the people. Youll have an opportunity to share your passion for Poppy Barley through sharing our history values and product knowledge with our customers. So bring your enthusiasm and determination and get ready to join our growing family. Here are some more details of the role:
- Focus on selling relationships building a client base and offering elevated and exemplary customer service.
- Be a Poppy Barley fit expert. Keep up to date on all product knowledge and provide customers with the information necessary to ensure they love their Poppy Barleys.
- Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock picking and packing of online orders merchandising and inventory counts.
- Supports the store management to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete the opening and closing duties for your shift as assigned.
Key skills youll bring to the team:
- A high school diploma or in progress/completed postsecondary education we love to learn and hope you do too!
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience as a leader in retail sales or customer service. Experience in elevated/luxury customer experience is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to think on your feet.
- A flexible schedule that will allow you work daytime evenings and weekends.
- A passion for the fashion industry and building connections with people through styling and education.

Availability and Hours:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Parttime hours
- Holiday blackout period from midNovember to midJanuary (exact dates determined annually).
- Ability to lift and unpack inventory boxes (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
