Your future duties and responsibilities
Work on client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals
Should be able to lead business workshops in MM EWM and SD areas for requirement gathering and fit gap analysis
Ability and flexibility to work on priority production tickets
Ability to work independently under limited supervision and assist with testing and documentation for the fixes or changes.
Ability to work on legacy interfaces integrated to SAP and should have Knowledge of other key integration points with SAP.
Perform initial testing of problem fixes change request enhancements and new functionality.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work in customer centric environment.
Work with innovative mindset to improve delivery and be overall accountable for the work.
Good interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication
Ability to create Functional and Technical solution documents
Required qualifications to be successful in this roleTechnical Experience:
Manage and maintain EWM Master Data to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
Oversee Handling Unit Management and Storage Unit Management to facilitate effective inventory tracking and control.
Develop and implement Putaway and Picking Strategies to optimize warehouse storage and retrieval processes.
Manage and streamline Inbound Delivery and Outbound Delivery operations for timely and accurate transaction processing.
Conduct Physical Inventory processes to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
Facilitate the movement of materials within the warehouse to support efficient workflow and space utilization.
Oversee Warehouse Stock Category Management to ensure proper classification and handling of stock.
Administer SAP RF Menu Management to enhance the usability and efficiency of radio frequencyenabled operations.
Execute and manage Transfer Orders (TR/TO) within the warehouse system for seamless material handling.
Manage Material Master Data to ensure consistency and accuracy across procurement and inventory processes.
Oversee Vendor Master Data management to maintain reliable and uptodate supplier information.
Execute the Procurement and Inventory process including purchase requisitions purchase orders goods receipts and inventory management.
Develop and manage Source List and Quota Arrangement to streamline the procurement process and vendor selection.
Administer Invoice Verification to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
Handle Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to align inventory levels with production and sales requirements.
Conduct Physical Inventory processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
Implement Release Strategy for purchase orders and contracts to maintain control and compliance in procurement activities
Manage Customer Master Data to ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer information.
Oversee Sales Order Processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement Pricing Procedures to maintain competitive and strategic pricing models.
Execute the Shipping Process including delivery creation picking packing and goods issues.
Administer Billing and Invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Manage Credit Management to assess and control customer credit risks.
Facilitate Sales Reporting and Analysis to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions.
Coordinate with other modules and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and distribution processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in at least one of the modules EWM/MM and have hands on SD. Work experience in S/4 HANA (and/or Decentralized EWM S/4 system) is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant certifications in SAP EWM/MM/SD or S/4 HANA are a plus
