Job Description
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Cyber Security Information Technology Software Engineering Information Systems or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
- 10 or more years of experience serving on operational combatant commander or joint staffs (Strike Group Expeditionary Ready Group Fleet Command Regional Command etc).
- Experience participating in Joint and Coalition exercises.
- Must possess relevant experience associated with planning requirements for real world operations.
- Performs oversight team leading and complex decisionmaking oversight relating to qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational capabilities and operational analysis strategic operational and management functions.
- Serves as a technical expert in areas relevant to the PWS programs.
- Must have experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology.
- Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of program areas.
- Recommends measures to improve methods performance and quality of product or services and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Word and MS Power Point software preparing briefings and white papers.
- Active DoD IAT I/II certification
- Active cloud certification
- Active ITIL v3 Foundations and one ITILv3 intermediate certification specifically Service Operations or Continual Service Improvement required or ITIL v4 Foundations and ITILv4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve or ITIL 4 Specialist Create Deliver and Support
