At D1 Training we provide workouts and deliver a training experience backed by sports science led by expert coaches and rooted in community. With over 80 locations open and 180 in development D1 is one of the fastestgrowing fitness franchises in the country. We train youth athletes (ages 7) adults and teams to unlock their potential and achieve measurable results.
- Drive new business through lead generation followups and outreach campaigns
- Execute cold calls emails and inperson outreach to build your pipeline
- Build strong relationships with prospective members local schools and sports organizations
- Sell memberships personal training packages small group and team training programs
- Support front desk operations provide exceptional customer service and help maintain a welcoming facility environment
- Collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure a smooth and resultsdriven athlete experience
- 1 years of experience in fitness sales or coldcalling
- Charismatic outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Selfmotivated coachable and eager to learn and grow
