Description

Position Title: Sr. Manager CLM Product Owner

Location: Dallas TX; Amsterdam Netherlands

Your roleAs the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Product Owner within the Legal organization you will lead the implementation evolution and optimization of our CLM platform. Youll work closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams to define the product vision gather and prioritize business requirements and ensure highimpact solutions are delivered efficiently.

Reporting to the Contract Management BPO youll manage the full development lifecycledriving automation enhancing data management and ensuring a seamless userfriendly CLM experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep contract management expertise and a passion for improving processes through technology and innovation.

What youll do

  • Define and lead the CLM product vision roadmap and evolution in partnership with IT and business teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison between business units and IT managing stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business alignment.
  • Design document and optimize CLM processes incorporating feedback and product enhancements.
  • Oversee development testing and sprint execution to ensure timely highquality CLM deliveries.
  • Manage and maintain CLM content (templates playbooks workflows) in collaboration with Legal and key partners.
  • Drive change management including training documentation and enduser support.
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops automation and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure contract data quality and compliance with corporate standards leveraging reporting and dashboards.
  • Support enterprisewide data initiatives including model enhancements and AIdriven improvements.

What youll need

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5 years in CLM systems (preferably Conga) and Contract Management.
  • Experience in B2B sales and procurement environments with strong QuotetoCash process knowledge.
  • Strong data and analytical skills including use of AI tools and familiarity with data models.
  • Proven project management capabilities; certification a plus.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies product ownership and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align product goals to business objectives.
  • Selfstarter with strong ownership mentality and endtoend product accountability.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Skilled in problemsolving negotiation and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively across virtual teams and time zones with strong presentation skills.
