Job Description
The Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites by Hilton Irvine seeks an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team for 45 evenings per week at our cozy lobby bar.
About the Position:
- Our bar offers a full selection of beer wine and spirits with service available Monday through Friday to hotel guests and local patrons.
- We are focused on growing our evening lounge presence and enhancing the guest experience through friendly service and creative offerings.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Shifts: Approximately 4:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m.
- Required availability: MondayFriday evenings
- Expected tip earnings: $50$100 per shift (may vary by day)
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience is required (entrylevel is welcome; server experience is a plus).
- Must have working knowledge of standard cocktails and the ability to follow recipe cards for specialty drinks.
- Familiarity with beer wine and spirits is essential.
- A passion for providing excellent guest service and the ability to engage warmly with guests.
