Great Lakes Roofing Corporations Milwaukee Crew has room for another Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Professional. You will create roofing solutions for current and new customers as part of a dedicated sales team.
NOTE: This position is based at our Milwaukee branch and travels to customers within a designated territory.

On any given day you could find yourself on rooftops completing the takeoff process following up on previous roof visits (via email phone or inperson) and presenting roofing project proposals to building owners and decision inoffice lead generation partner keeps you focused on the assessment and sales portion but growth comes to those who also develop their own opportunities.

We offer Weekly Base Salary Uncapped Commission Benefits Bonuses Vehicle Phone/iPad/Computer to our Field Technician Commercial Roofing Sales professional.

Salary starts around $60000/year; high achievers have unlimited earning potential. Our reps make $100000 a year and so can you when you work hard & create solutions for customers.

Responsibilities of Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Professional:

• Rooftop Assessments to identify problem areas and solutions measure and mapout the rooftop for our inhouse estimator.
• Client support and networking Communicate with customers and prospects via phone email and value propositions to alleviate customer pain points.
• Proposal Presentation and negotiation of sales contracts
• Follow Up Respond to and fix issues that arise in collaboration with the project manager this could be during the sales cycle the project or afterward. Be in touch.
• Reporting Maintain daily reports of sales activities including calls orders sales lost business and any other issues within our CRM. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

Requirements of Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Professional:

• Facetoface sales experience
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Driven competitive nature able to excel in a selfpacedenvironment

Physical Requirements of Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Professional:

• Overhead lifting of 50lbs several times a day
• Ability to lift carry & set up 3story ladder several times a day
• Climb ladder carrying 3040lbs of gear to rooftop
• Be comfortable outside in all types of weather while on rooftops
• Physically handle roofing materials
• Take & record accurate measurements read tape measure
• Correctly map out (draw) rooftop data
• Visually notate & accurately record roof problems
