Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Complete work assignments in timely manner maintain set quality standards when performing job duties follow directions regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform routine cleaning of offices clinical areas waiting areas lobbies lounges rest rooms corridors elevators and stairways.
Strip/Wax floors.
Use appropriate chemicals and supplies replenish supplies.
Maintain patient confidentiality compliance of all infection control practices maintain quality standards and observe safety procedures.
Occasionally work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Required hours are Monday Friday 4pm to 8pm
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have ability to stand frequently walk push/pull equipment use arms hands knees leg and back muscles for extended periods
Lift up to 50 pounds vision abilities.
Must have language communication and comprehension skills.
Background Investigation/Justice Center Review Requirements:
Prospective appointees will be: 1) Checked against the Staff Exclusion List (SEL) maintained by the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs. Prospective employees whose names appear on the SEL as having been found responsible for serious or repeated acts of abuse or neglect will be barred from appointment. 2) Screened against the Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment (SCR). Prospective employees whose names are indicated on the SCR may be barred from appointment.
