Pay:
- 1st Shift: $18 p/h

The Role
Join the POLYWOOD Shipping Department where youll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This is an active handson position requiring physical stamina attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.
What Youll Do
- Handle load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently ensuring products are properly prepared for transport.
- Be on your feet and actively moving for 10 hours per shift.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
- Operate forklifts (if certified) or assist with material handling equipment as needed.
- Perform picker tasks including locating and retrieving items from inventory to fulfill orders.
- Verify shipment accuracy by crossreferencing orders and inspecting products.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
What Were Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting of 50 pounds.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in handling and preparing shipments.
- Forklift Experience (Preferred): Prior experience or certification is a plus but not required.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adjust to a dynamic shipping environment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
