Come join our team as a Surgical Technologist at our brandnew Outpatient Surgery Center in WinstonSalem NC!
MUST HAVE 2 YEAR DEGREE IN SURGICAL TECHNOLOGY
Position Highlights:
- Location:Cloverdale Outpatient Surgery Center WinstonSalem NC
- Schedule: PRN. No nights weekends holidays or call.
- About our clinic:Our stateoftheart outpatient surgery center features eight operating rooms and two procedure rooms along with 32 beds dedicated to preparation recovery and postanesthesia care. Our services include general surgery otolaryngology orthopedics urology and plastic surgery.

What Youll Need:
- Graduation from a Surgical Technology program
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- At least 1 year of Surgical Technology experience
- Preferred:Certification in specialty area
How Youll Impact Patient Care:
Embrace this pivotal role in patient care as you work alongside the Registered Nurse. Youll support direct patient care prepare the Operating Room pre and postsurgery arrange sterile instruments and maintain aseptic techniques. Key responsibilities of a Surgical Technologist include but are not limited to:
- Ensure topnotch patient care safety and advocacy by anticipating and addressing casespecific needs with sharp critical thinking under RN supervision.
- Uphold excellence by impeccably managing instruments equipment and supplies ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Showcase your effective and positive communication style with the team colleagues and patients fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

- Demonstrate costcontainment practices concerning instruments and inventory.
