Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Du entwickelst den bestehenden Markenauftritt von IPETRONIK weiter mit einem sicheren Gespr fr Design Wirkung und Relevanz.
- Du bringst neue Impulse in unsere Kommunikation ein durchdacht gezielt kreativ.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Markenstrategien und stellst die konsistente Markenidentitt ber alle Kanle sicher.
- Du planst und steuerst kanalbergreifende Content und Digitalkampagnen mit Fokus auf LeadGenerierung und Usability.
- Du fhrst Qualittssicherung fr alle Designs durch und sicherst gestalterisch hohe Standards.
- Du bringst BewegtbildContent gezielt in die visuelle Markenkommunikation ein.
- Du koordinierstcrossfunktionale Teams und steuerst externe Partner sowie Agenturen.
- Du behltst die bersicht bei Budget und Ressourcenvorgaben mit Blick auf Wirkung und Effizienz.
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung in Brand Management Digitalmarketing oder Design idealerweise im internationalen B2B oder Industrieumfeld. Auch Erfahrung aus dem Agenturumfeld ist herzlich willkommen
- Fundiertes Wissen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marken Medien und Digitalstrategien.
- Expertise im Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite sowie ContentManagementSystemen.
- Kenntnisse in PerformanceMarketing zum Beispiel SEO/SEA.
- Ein starkes Markenverstndnis ein Auge fr Gestaltung und ein Faible fr klare Kommunikation.
- Hohes Ma an Eigenverantwortung Kreativitt und Umsetzungskompetenz.
- Die Fhigkeit Bestehendes zu reflektieren und klug weiterzudenken.
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.

Your area of responsibility with us:
- You will continue to develop IPETRONIKs existing brand identity with a keen sense of design impact and relevance.
- You bring new impulses into our communication well thoughtout targeted creative.
- You develop and implement brand strategies and ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels.
- You plan and manage crosschannel content and digital campaigns with a focus on lead generation and usability.
- You carry out quality assurance for all designs and ensure high design standards.
- You incorporate moving image content into visual brand communication in a targeted manner.
- You coordinate crossfunctional teams and manage external partners and agencies.
- You maintain an overview of budget and resource requirements with an eye on impact and efficiency.
What you will bring:
- Several years of experience in brand management digital marketing or design ideally in an international B2B or industrial environment. Experience from the agency environment is also very welcome
- Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of brand media and digital strategies
- Expertise in working with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
- Knowledge of performance marketing for example SEO/SEA.
- A strong understanding of brands an eye for design and a penchant for clear communication.
- A high degree of personal responsibility creativity and implementation skills.
- The ability to reflect on the status quo and think ahead intelligently.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
