ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems the worlds largest manufacturer of automated doors high performance doors residential doors and dock systems is seeking candidates for HR Director North America for our Pedestrian Door Solutions Business Area. This position can be based out of our Monroe North Carolina Corporate office.
The HR Director North America will serve as a strategic business partner to executive and operational leadership providing direction in HR strategy and operations across 39 U.S. branches and 7 Canadian branches. This role supports approximately 800 employees and plays a key role in shaping a highperformance culture that advances technician retention leadership development and organizational growth.

Requirements for this position will include a proven broadbased leadership experience in a performance driven and dynamic organization. Possess the ambition discipline energy and motivation to lead a competent and passionate team to success. A strong analytical and resultsoriented mind who approaches business issues in a structured manner. Excellent communicator both written and verbal and the ability to work with operations sales professionals supply chain administration vendors suppliers distributors etc. Bachelors degree. Proven computer abilities; Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint.
