Job Description

Become part of EIFER and drive climate solutions where science meets industry.

EIFER seeks a student assistant for data treatment.

This position is based in Karlsruhe and is available to start as soon as possible.

Monthly working hours are based on the candidates qualifications:

  • No degree: 40 hours per month
  • Bachelors degree: 37.5 hours per month
  • Masters degree: 27.5 hours per month

Salary: 560 per month

Founded by EDF and KIT in 2002 EIFER bridges science and industry providing innovative energy solutions for a sustainable future.

  • Support on the pretreatment of open GIS data.
  • Help with importing cleaning and checking open data.
  • Currently enrolled as a University student
    preferred study subjects: Geomatics Data Science.
  • Experience in Python SQL GIS.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in energy research and sustainability.
  • Innovative Projects: Engage in impactful research.
  • Global Collaboration: Work in an international diverse team.
  • Extensive Networks: Access local and international scientific networks.
