KEMPTON PARK JOHANNESBURG GAUTENG PROVINCE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Matric
  • Must have a B. Comm / B. Tech Degree in HR Management
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years current related HR Officer experience
  • Highly experienced in all factors affecting Payroll input and submission thereof
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years current solid experience in preparing for and attending IR CCMA & Arbitration matters
  • Highly experienced in disciplinary hearing matters
  • Highly experienced with recruitment engagements payroll terminations & exit interviews etc.
  • Experienced in facilitating OHS & training programmes
  • Experience dealing with large staff compliment
  • Strong HR administration & staff compliance skills
  • Able to contribute at management level the achievement of performance factors
  • Proficient in SAP(ADVANTAGEOUS)
  • Proficient on all MS Office packages with advanced MS Excel(ESSENTIAL)
  • Stable work history
  • Valid drivers licence (no endorsements)(ESSENTIAL)
  • Own reliable vehicle / transport
  • Contactable references with proven track record

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Main duties & Job Function:

  • Reporting directly to Branch Manager

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of staff (advertising short listing and interviewing)
  • Draft remuneration requests offer letter contracts and other documents related to the hiring and promotion of employees
  • Ensure all attendance register and payroll related documents are accurate and submitted timeously
  • Responsible for employees during their employment life cycle
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Management of Supply Chain Graduate/ Trainee Manager Programme
  • Carry out succession planning activities
  • Report and present on productivity on a weekly basis
  • Complete weekly/ monthly reports (Recruitment Trackers LTI Trackers etc.)
  • Attend to employee related queries
  • Promote employee engagement (Team building Mandela Day Christmas Long Service Awards etc.)
  • Oversee the issuing and ordering of uniform and PPE to staff
  • Conduct weekly/ monthly audits
  • Assist the Divisional Training Delivery Partner with the training and development activities
  • Assist with access control
  • Attend to IR/ CCMA matters
  • Support and execute activities and projects related to the greater People Plan
