As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in shaping the success and growth of ZEAL by attracting and hiring toptier talent across various functions including product marketing technology and other business areas. With a strong focus on active sourcing and strategic collaboration with hiring managers you will drive innovative and KPIdriven approaches to enhance candidate experience while ensuring our recruitment strategy aligns with the companys goals.
Proactively source engage and nurture relationships with top talent using various platforms tools and networks.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers providing insights market trends and consultation to define hiring strategies.
Run and coordinate the full hiring process ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout.
Leverage KPIs to measure recruitment efficiency candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.
Stay adaptable and responsive to hiring priorities and organizational needs.
Leverage data and analytics to identify trends improve processes and optimize sourcing strategies.
Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on active sourcing and relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
Experience hiring for roles in product marketing finance and other business functions adaptability to other areas as needed.
Datadriven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing KPIs throughout the hiring process.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates effectively.
A resultsoriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and German
