Job Description
Cafeteria Assistant Barista for Mountain Brew Coffee Shop!
As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Barista experience a plus!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Performs setup stocking clerical cashier and money management duties of department.
Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages consistently according to recipes and customer preferences.
Operate espresso machines grinders and other caf equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf including workstations equipment and customer areas.
Greet customers take orders accurately and process payments.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Frequent bending reaching and walking.
SALARY RANGE
- $19.00 $25.66/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
- Evening Night and Weekend Differentials Available.
