Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates and provide guidance coaching and support to ensure team success.
- Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and oneonone coaching sessions to assess progress and provide feedback.
- Track individual and team sales performance against targets and objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members enhancing their product knowledge sales techniques and customer interaction skills.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training sessions to address those gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the parents and students in the pipeline.
- Maintain a high applications to admissions ratio by running an effective conversion process
Skills & Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Academic/ Admissions Counselling with minimum one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in one of these languages Telugu Hindi Tamil Malayalam Kannada
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and counselling skills
- Open to a fastpaced work environment filled with ambiguity and excitement
- Possess growth mindset and a hustling attitude
- Very passionate about the field of education
