About MyTravaly
MyTravaly is a global travel tech company connecting hoteliers and travelers through an advanced online marketplace. We empower hotels with tools like PMS multicurrency payments and selfservice portals. We are now expanding our presence in Bangladesh and looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Lead to build a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead endtoend hiring process for all departments in Bangladesh.
Build recruitment pipelines through internal and external channels.
Design and execute structured onboarding processes.
2. HR Operations & Payroll
Manage attendance leave tracking and monthly payroll in compliance with labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
3. Compliance & Administration
Ensure HR practices comply with Bangladeshi labor laws and internal policies.
Oversee office administration vendor management and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
Lead employee performance reviews and career development plans.
5. Leadership & Strategy
Act as a strategic partner to business heads.
Build a positive and performancedriven work culture.
Report directly to the Country Head and coordinate with Global HR.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors or Master s degree in HRM Business Administration or related field.
3 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles preferably in startups or fastpaced organizations.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws payroll and HR tech tools.
Excellent communication organizational and team leadership skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
