Are you passionate about turning numbers into insights that drive business growth We re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support key decisionmaking through data analysis reporting and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and business opportunities
Prepare and maintain recurring reports (budgets forecasts KPIs) and support ad hoc reporting needs
Collaborate across departments (Finance HR Operations) to support business objectives
Assist in monthly and quarterly close activities including accruals reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure data integrity across systems and reports through meticulous reconciliation
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
ACCA ACMA or a Bachelors in Finance Accounting or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills to work effectively with international teams
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders
Selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
