Profile Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs Google Analytics Google Tag Manager or Google Search Console is a plus.
- 2 plus years of SEO experience (offer correlates to experience)
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and update tools for team usage.
- Assist with the development and execution of onetime package audits and tasks.
- Monitor and address issues related to Google posts to maintain content integrity.
- Provide monthly support for tasks such as SEO link building and keyword ranking reports from tools like Ahrefs Digible s internal platforms and Google Search Console.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) audits for Property Management Companies (PMCs) every six months.
- Implement business review schema using GTM.
- Audit and implement updates such as redirects sitemap submissions mobile indexing holiday hours verifying correct maps pin location adding rich data section information in Uberall backlinks and more.
- Pull audit reports and provide data for deeper review by Level 2 and 3 teams.
- Audit and implement reputation management and review management responses using AI tools or templates as needed.
- Stay uptodate with trends best practices and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry
- Actively contribute in department and team meetings. The SEO coordinator will come prepared and engaged with a solutions oriented mindset to team brainstorms and collaboration sessions.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
