The Senior HR Officer will support the HR function across a range of core responsibilities including employee relations compensation and benefits recruitment performance management and HR administration. This role is designed to bridge tactical HR execution with strategic HR insight ensuring smooth daytoday operations while also contributing to longerterm people initiatives.
The role partners with clublevel and corporate stakeholders and will serve as a trusted point of contact for HRrelated concerns in Thailand. The position requires a proactive handson approach with the capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Senior HR Manager and regional HR team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations and Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions including onboarding offboarding employee movement and record maintenance.
- Manage and maintain personnel files and HR databases in compliance with legal standards and internal audit requirements.
- Liaise with finance and operations for payroll processing timekeeping validation and benefits administration.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns helping resolve issues and escalating when necessary to the Senior HR Manager.
- Assist in drafting NTEs counseling documents and performance feedback reports.
- Support the implementation of engagement and recognition programs wellness initiatives and teambuilding events.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage job postings screening and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews and assist in developing recruitment pipelines for both corporate and clubbased roles.
- Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns within Thailand.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review timelines and data gathering.
- Assist in developing and improving performance tracking tools and career development frameworks.
- Support training needs analysis and planning of staff development sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in reviewing compensation structures coordinating with payroll and finance teams.
- Ensure proper administration of employee benefits programs including insurance leave credits and incentives.
- Support in gathering market benchmarks and updating salary guidelines with regional input.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of Thai labor laws and ensure HR practices align with statutory requirements.
- Assist with internal audits and HRrelated compliance reports.
- Coordinate documentation for labor inspections or internal audits.
