You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and detailoriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing candidates in various IT roles across client organizations. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and maintaining high placement success rates.
Source and attract candidates using job portals social media professional networks (LinkedIn) and employee referrals.
Understand client IT job requirements technical skill needs and job descriptions.
Conduct preliminary screenings and assess candidates technical abilities and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers or client panels.
Maintain candidate database and prepare regular recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates postinterview and offer stage to ensure smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with account managers and team leads to prioritize hiring needs and close positions within stipulated timelines.
Bachelor s degree in HR IT Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment preferably within a consultancy or agency setup.
Strong understanding of IT roles such as Java Developer Network Engineer Full Stack Developer etc.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri Monster Indeed LinkedIn etc.
Good knowledge of technical screening and evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job openings at a time.
