Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in OIM development and Java/ADF technologies with a strong understanding of identity and access governance. You will be responsible for enhancements defect management and project execution across the full system development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage enhancements and defect resolution within Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Implement identity and access governance practices including rolebased access control access requests certifications and attestation processes.
Lead and contribute to projects throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Prepare deployment documentation and actively participate in deployment activities.
Attend daily scrum calls and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to finalize requirements.
Maintain version control for all code changes and support code quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development.
Proficient in Java development; experience with ADF is a plus.
Handson expertise in OIM components such as Customer Connect Development approval workflows SOA composites scheduled tasks event handlers and reconciliation.
Experience integrating APIs and web services.
Solid knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
Familiarity with UNIX environments and WebLogic server administration.
Excellent debugging troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
