Job Description:
Responsible for taping interconnect ribbons and busbars post layup to ensure stability during lamination. Ensures components are secure and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply insulation and adhesive tapes on ribbons and junction points.
Ensure taping is clean secure and does not interfere with lamination.
Assist in layout correction if needed.
Follow quality and safety guidelines.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred. Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
