PRODUCTION & BRAND ASSISTANT (FREELANCE)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Accra

Industry: Fashion/ Media

Job Type: Hybrid


Our client is a leading jewellery and media brand providing fashion accessories and media production services beyond Ghana.


Scope


The Production and Brand Assistant will be responsible for the smooth execution of productions events and projects by managing logistics coordinating with teams and vendors and scheduling and managing appointments or calendars.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source materials like hardware and packaging from local markets
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for productions product runs shoots and events
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms
  • Respond to direct messages and comments in brandappropriate tones
  • Liaise with the content team designers and vendors to keep workflows smooth
  • Maintain a shared calendar with key dates content schedules and project deadlines
  • Research marketing opportunities trends and influencer partnerships
  • Assist with preparing for popups brand activations and productions
  • Keep track of deliverables inventory invoices and updates across projects
  • Organize brand assets and materials both digitally and physically
  • Run brandrelated errands as needed



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production event management or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
  • Knowledge of brand management and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with influencer partnerships and marketing trends
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
