As a part of Walmart Global Technology you will deliver products that improve our quality and speed around Sustainability Goals and Environmental Social and Governance Reporting. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sustainability corporate social responsibility and a strong product management background.
About Our Team:
We are a dynamic group dedicated to advancing Walmarts commitment to ESG principles through innovative technology solutions. Our team focuses on developing and managing cuttingedge tools that enhance sustainability reporting support ecofriendly initiatives and ensure transparency in our operations.
What youll do:
- Apply Analytics skills to define data capabilities to empower users with data insight.
- Partner with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable scalable and secure with great user experience.
- Develop and enhance products you will build capability and tool roadmaps align business and technical needs analyze customer and stakeholder needs identify market strategies turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.
- Define vision and strategies for the ESG Product team using domain expertise internal and external best practices and design initiatives to mature process discovery.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals communicating and prioritizing initiatives.
- Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
- Build a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
