Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting daytoday operations ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative processes within the office.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules appointments and meetings
Prepare and edit documents reports and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Respond to emails and telephone inquiries professionally and promptly
Assist in the preparation of company documentation and internal communications
Support office management tasks including ordering supplies and handling mail
Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate administrative workflow
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
