We are looking for talented and inspired people to work learn and commit to our deep client obsession in our Private Client environments countrywide. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your understanding of client relationship management i.e. Relationship Managers and Young Professionals.
The programme provides exposure to relationship banking within the financial services industry and success is dependent on crossfunctional teamwork within client service teams and involves active learning and opportunities for various practical applications through a rotational programme. In addition to keeping up to date on best practice you also get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.

- Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are face to face and includes face to face immersion i.e. connect learn and perform these tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.
- In support of the facetoface work immersion you are required to complete relevant training to support your development. Training will be available online face to face meetings and face to face classroom sessions.
- At the end of the rotations you are required to achieve all milestones as per Job Description and Performance Contract.

Qualifications :
FAIS accredited Honours qualification in:
- LLB
- Actuarial Science
- Engineering
- Medical
- BCom (General)
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.

Minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Should you have work experience it should not exceed 12 months
- Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies
