During this 18month programme you can look forward to:

• Automation Expertise: The ability to understand design implement and effectively use automated systems and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. This involves adaptability problemsolving understanding workflows project management technical expertise collaboration and quality assurance.
• Business Intelligence (BI): The ability to collect analyse and interpret data to support decisionmaking and strategic planning which includes Data analysis reporting data management and strategic thinking.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): The ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients equipped by strong communication customer service negotiation and data management skills.
