Office & Hospitality Coordinator
Washington DC (Onsite)
3 Months (Temp to Perm)
MonFri 8am 5pm
Driving: Yes using personal vehicle (this position covers multiple sites around the DC/VA Metro Area)
Qualifications :
13 years experience in an office hospitality or administrative role
Previous experience in a corporate or legal environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
Business casual attire: solid black or khaki dress pants solid color polo (preferably black) solid black closedtoe walking shoes
Professional appearance and hygiene; visible tattoos/piercings may need to be covered
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use hand trucks for heavier items (up to 400 lbs.)
Reliable transportation; ability to travel between local sites as needed (parking reimbursed)
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Must be receptive to feedback and capable of adapting to daily changes
Training may be required
Additional Information :
