Job Description

Join us if you have a background in SAAS and/or Retail and a passion for tackling the challenges brands face in online and instore execution! Be part of a dynamic team reshaping how brands leverage data to enhance their retail operations. Were seeking a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can engage clients on their execution strategies while managing diverse commercial projects. Youll work on the B2B sales strategy for our online and instore solutions across APAC collaborating with retailers to define and execute their commerce initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and own the entire sales process from executing hunting strategy to deal closure.
  • Identify target customers and segments to build a strong sales funnel utilizing effective strategies to reach engage and convert leads.
  • Communicate our value proposition and promote Wiser products and services in customer meetings driving crossselling opportunities between instore and online solutions (see full suite at ).
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing the needs of prospective customer organizations and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to implement our farming strategy keeping customers engaged and expanding existing key accounts through our product portfolio new geographies and business units.
  • Drive recurring sales by fostering longterm customer relationships and positioning Wiser as a strategic partner in enhancing their retail execution across both online and instore channels.

Qualifications :

  • Must have initial experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Must have a strong commercial drive and passion for sales and growing a business.
  • Experience in Retail and FMCG is a definite plus but not mandatory.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills to pitch Wiser products and services.
  • Commitment to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proactive organized and able to multitask
  • Great sense of ownership personal drive and autonomy
  • Resultsdriven and able to think quickly on your feet.
  • Problem solver that isnt afraid to make the tough ask.
  • Team player caring deeply about people and culture.
